I don’t often wright reviews, but these Easy-Connect Drip Irrigation Emitters Fan Shape are fantastic!I have a fairly elaborate irrigation system that I maintain myself. I have 17 stations, 6 lawn, and 11 drip systems. With well over 100 drip heads, there’s always maintenance. These Easy-Connect Drip Emitters are so easy to use over the old type, I can actually replace a drip head in a matter of seconds. With the old type you had to struggle to slip the 1/4” tubing over the drip head’s barb. With these, you just slip the tubing in and your done.The heads are also easy to adjust to the plants needs. The threads are smooth, and the head turns easily. Many of my old heads I have to pull them out of the ground, and use two hands to adjust them.I think I’m going to buy another 60 pack. Seems like every time I find something I like, they discontinue it.

Delivery time was great. Quick connect feature is awesome. However, several of these sprinklers popped the top off. The water pressure was not too high, so I thought maybe the top was just too loose, which allowed it to pop off, but I wasn't able to put the top back on. The threads didn't hold. The adjustment on top is miniscule, so half a turn and it pops off, and won't work when you try to put it back on. Sadly I won't be using these.As a side note, I also ordered the red top 8 stream emitters from the same manufacturer, and those seem to work great. Still not much adjustment, but the tops don't blow off.

I wanted these to work because they're easy to install. But the threads on the adjustable head are flattened and weak. So the head pops off when the water comes on, even with a 25psi regulator controlling the pressure. I tried several and all were unusable.

These really are soooo easy to snap on. They work better than the old barb version! Heads don't come off as easy either, man I love these things!

I was worried in reading some of the other reviews that these might have pressure issues. However, I was having trouble with one of my valves having really low pressure all of a sudden. Turns out the old heads had calcified inside and replacing with these solved my issue entirely! I love that they literally push on and do not leak. I only had one leak and it was because the tubing was too big for the barbs to go over. I will be buying again!!

The Good part is, the 1/4 inch drip Emitters, with COMPRESSION allow super easy connection, versus the torturous Barb Connectors of old. Compression Connection is Great, but:THE TOPS KEEP POPPING OFF! After careful inspection, the Threads are too small for the Top.If you tighten one down to lower the spray, it goes past the bottom thread. Then, they just pull off with the slightest tug.This makes them unusable until they fix their Thread size.But I did love the Compression. I'm past the return window, so I had to throw them all out.*Please fix thread & this would be a winner.
