UPDATE: The seller reached out to me and was willing to replace the device and has shipped a replacement headset for my troubles. I should be receiving the new replacement this week.....--- I bought this headset and liked how it looked and worked for my general use. So I purchased a second headset. This headsets microphone has gone bad after barely 3months of use. I tried adjusting settings and also tried on 3 other computers. Same issue. Now the return window is closed and I am stuck with the paper weight. Not happy

The product isn't worth it. I've only had it for 3 months and the mute button stopped working,and calls was not clear.Plus the seller wants to charge a $12 restocking fee. Buy Levin

I bought this recently to start a new work from home job and have had nothing but issues. I bought it because I loved the look and the stand charger but the mic has had issues from day one.I can't begin to tell you the kind of panic when your boss calls or you're in an important meeting and no one else can hear you.Two months on the job and everyone knows me as the one whose headset never works. Thanks a lot! Not sure I can send them back anymore so I plan to set them on fire and dance around them.I'm revising my review to three stars due to the quick and professional customer service I received. I'm pleased to say I was offered a full refund even though the time frame had passed. As much as I would have liked the headset to have worked out, I have been pleasantly surprised by the company's response.

I was contacted by customer support to see if they would be able to assist with my complaint of headset connectivity not best on Zoom conference calls. They sent me a replacement and this is much improved from one I had. No complaints or issues with connectivity of any kind. One off chat in teams works great when using for group meeting or large across company Zoom meetings quality not best and I’m told can not hear me I have to switch to wired headset not ideal for work.

I exclusively work from home and use a headset with Teams and MiCollab. Sound quality is OK, it is comfortable to wear, and super easy to get connected on the stand for charging. I’ve had to hold power button to turn off/on a few times already when it starts sounding like I’m a robot or when it doesn’t want to work at all, but turning off/on again has consistently fixed all of those issues. Overall, pretty decent headset for the affordable price! Better than the cheap USB wired one my work provided!
