All it does is make sure you’re pooping so you’re not holding on to extra poop weight . You won’t loose any weight just taking this. It just makes you poop. I’ve been taking it for a month. I eat pretty healthy

I like this product, it has been helping digestion. However it did not come in a box . Only a bottle in an Amazon bag. I have bought this before and it came in a box. A little Leary about it, but it is sealed under the cap.
