Great almond flavoring for baking
I like to make muffins - almond flavored muffins in particular. But how to get a sufficiently intense almond flavor without being too strong. This almond flavor emulsion works great. It survives baking better than conventional almond extract in my experience. The same company produces an orange emulsion as well and it's just as good.

Lorann’s emulsions
Lorann’s emulsions are amazing. The almond, butter vanilla and cake batter are my top three most requested. They give so much flavor to my cut sugar cookies, royal icing, cupcakes, cakes and buttercream. I’ll never go back to extracts again.
