Provides EXACTLY 48 volts, which is not ideal.
48 volts is a nominal value for direct current (DC) systems which involve batteries. Typically, the charge voltage for a 48 volt battery is somewhere between 52-58 volts.This converter outputs exactly 48 volts, which is not useful for any kind of battery charging application, unless you are charging a dead or depleted battery.I found the specifications misleading, since in photovoltaic (PV solar) applications, "48 volts" normally means that is will output 52-58 volts, which is necessary for most systems.Just be aware of this before buying.

Solid DC-DC converter with good efficiency.
Works well after installation. No cooling required at 100 watts, haven't pushed it farther.

Powers Starlink Dishy without heater.
Works great powering Starlink Dishy.

Output voltage drops to 12V
Tried using it for Starlink conversion. For some reason during starlink boot process and few minutes later the devices output voltage sudenly drops from 47V to 12V. Of course this disconects the starlink antena.

Not for 24V
Description says 9-30V item sent is only for 20V input. Will overheat on 24v system
