A quality bargain
It is easy to install throws out a lot of heat and is very economical. The other units that I purchased from another manufacturer were three times as costly for the same amount of output.

Works well but many questions.
My heater tube was shipped in a wooden box surrounded in foam. Kudos to the seller for the packaging. What you get is the tube, an aluminum cowling for the tube, and a face plate that is a wood frame and a metal grate. You need to provide the housing (either recessed area in the wall of your sauna or some kind of box if mounted on the wall). You need to provide the power cord and control (switch or thermostat). I created a box and mounted on the wall. I connected to my sauna power but added a separate heavy duty heat resistant rocker switch so I could turn it off independent of the other heater panels. The tube provides heat immediately and glows red with enough intensity to light the sauna. Whereas I was getting my sauna up to 130F with 5 carbon panels, I now get 145F with the tube and 4 panels. While I have mostly good to say about it, my only negative is there is little to no information about this unit. What is the expected life period? What exactly is a "Carbon Fiber Glass Red Light Heater Tube"? Is it glass? Is it carbon? Has any test been run on it to check for VOCs? I feel like a guinea pig to some extent. All I can say with certainty is that it appears to be a good choice for generating a lot of heat for saunas. Pictures include a build stage for box and final result hanging in sauna. Edit - adding a picture of a second sauna I built which uses 4 of these heaters. Build was custom except for seat and bamboo backrest which was purchased from Amazon. Four of these heater units result in a temperature of 150+ degrees F within 20 minutes. Size of sauna is 3x3x6 feet.

Great replacement
Used one of these to replace a ceramic rod heater that went out. Simple rewire and runs great.

TOTAL LACK OF PAPERWORK OR PRODUCT INFO
Product looks well thought out and built but absolutely ZERO paperwork included as to suggestions ot instructions on how to install. The manufacturer's website is also useless for info and does not offer FAQ or any way to get through to customer service.

Kinda junky.
Seems like it’s missing the rear of the housing. Just appears to be a very poorly made product.
