Reviews for vitamins are hard since there's no way of telling whats in the bag and they have no significant effects to determine what it is but overall seems fine. Slightly sour/bitter white powder, works quite well if mixed with cordial. Taken for a few days with no negative effects. No fake positive effects eg. caffeine spiking Would be nice to get a scoop in the bag to portion it out.

Decent price and delivery. Could of done with a measuring spoon.

I take this with alpha lipoic acid. I take 2 x 500mg at breakfast and dinner. You definitely can feel it not long after taking. First few times I was jittery but that stops after a few days and your body understands what it is. Sometimes I get a minor stomach cramp and I have moved from a once to a twice a day stool. Which must be good for weight loss. I mix line with lemon cordial so I don't experience the reported bad chemical taste. I will buy again.

Isn't the best flavour, and also there's no scoop inside, how much I suppose to know how much is it 1g of carnitine? No, 1 TSP isnt 1g.
