No straw to blow the balloons up
Great size balloons, I ordered 2 packs but neither pack came with the letter B so I had to use a P also there was no straw to blow them up in either pack.

Atrocious!!
Missing most of the letters!!! Double/Treble some letters, very fixated in the letter “C” as there were 5 in the pack!!! Do not buy this product!!!

Useful set of foil alphabet balloons
This set of foil alphabet balloons comes with 1 of each letter included. They are small letters at 16 inches but perfect for writing your own message or personalisation. You just need to work out letters needed so you know if 1 pack is enough. The balloons arrived in a ziplock bag. Some were folded up neatly but a few were crammed in together and were really scrunched up. The creases do fall out when inflated but it doesn't give a great first impression. They are good value for money at £5.99 especially if you need more than a set.
