These pipette tips are great. we used the tips with our gilson pipettes and they fit very well. so I consider them universal fit.

The pipette tips do not fit the box and are unusable since they slip in the hole when you press the pipette down. Not functional and now need to order from a different company. They fit the pipette, but after autoclaving in a box, they are worthless.

The tips from this large bag from Kashi Scientific fit onto a Cekegon 100-1000 μL micropipette that I ordered for a project. The two made a budget-friendly combination.The Cekegon adjustable micropipette can go to 1000 μL max, so that’s the size of tips I ordered. I chose that size to avoid disaster if I accidentally set the pipette too high for the tip– for example, setting it at 1000 μL when it has a 200 μL tip on it could cause fluid to be drawn up into the pipette, which would ruin it. So I ordered tips that matched the max volume of the pipette. I don’t know if this is standard practice, but it worked for me.The tips were labeled “sterile”, and came in a heat-sealed bag with tear-off notches at the top. There’s a ziplock closure below the notches; I only tore off a few inches on one side, and kept the rest sealed, to lessen the risk of contamination.Not sure what else to say. They’re tips! They worked!Remember to wear gloves and reseal the bag quickly to lessen the risk of contamination.

These are thin, lightweight tips. As stated in the Amazon description, they will not fit a Rainen LTS 10-100uL pipet, but they can substitute for Biohit Proline and Optifit tips. Oddly enough, the size and location of the shoulder on these tips is such that they will NOT fit in an Optifit 96 position tray, but they WILL fit in a Rainen LTS tray. Also, for multi-tip pipettes and for automation the inner diameter at the top is important. These measure about 5.05 mm ID at the top which is 0.1 – 0.2 mm less than the Optifit 350 uL tips that I use. They are also thinner and less robust, so attaching them can vary. These tips fit poorly on a 12 tip 50 – 300 uL Proline pipet, but they do fit okay on an ancient 8 place Titertek pipet.A very quick gravimetric check of accuracy and precision indicated that these tips are okay, but certainly not the best. I would not use these for any important sampling, but for undemanding routine use they are fine, at least for the Titertek pipet, and the price is quite reasonable for a bag of 1000 tips.
