Exactly as described and pictured. My order was delayed due to no fault of the seller, but when I contacted them about it, they were very friendly and helpful. They contacted the courier immediately to follow up my order and it arrived the very next day. The frame is great and perfect for what I needed it for. It's very sturdy and the front panel is perspex plastic which is so much better than glass as it won't break. It comes very well packaged and the plastic is very well protected. I am over the moon with my order, I highly recommend this seller! 10/10, I will return again for more frames in the future 💗

Arrived promptly & well packaged. The plastic ‘glass’ of the frame was protected with an adhesive film to both sides. However, there are no instructions as to how you are best to fit your picture into the frame! I understand that these frames are especially for diamond art pictures. I’m not clear as to how to manage to fit the picture neatly into the frame! Am I meant to snip some material out from the corners to enable a good fit? Is it meant to be a two person job?? Some instructions would be helpful, as it isn’t as straight forward as one would think! This is a shame because I have three more pictures needing to be framed now!!

I do a lot of cross-stitch embroidery and I normally go for a frame by Alison Kingsgate. I find them to be good quality and good value. Just ordered another one for another old embroidery to re-frame. Highly recommend.

Bought for a scratch map and when it arrived I was surprised how thin and not really durable it seemed. Even now it's not hanging on the wall properly as it has a weird hook at the back. Wish I'd bought something else of better quality

The frame looks smart in black and is well put together. The tabs holding everything in place on the back were a bit tricky to get everything past and into place, but once they were bent back down it felt secure. Definitely recommend having something to help bend them upwards in the first place though. I used needle nose pliers but a flat bladed screwdriver would do just as well. Overall this is worth the money.

The frames were great apart from some small damage where the wood effect had scratched off

Bought this along with two 17"x17" frames for prints, all in glossy white. Took a lot of time to find something that would look good with a 17"x20" print as it's not a common size.Good quality for the price. Mounted with command picture strips which show ever so slightly on the side as they're a tad wider than the frame itself, but not a problem, looks really nice on the white wall.Putting prints in the frames was easy enough, would recommend using a butter knife to help lift/push the metal tabs to save your nails.
