Seller was a great communicator - fast shipping and easy to put together. It’s a small but appropriately sized chaise for my space and the perfect addition. The velvet is soft and a rich color. The furniture itself is a firmer seat, but will soften up when use. I’d recommend for an accent piece and at this price point!

This is the perfect Chaise lounge for me. It's well built, easy to assemble and matches the love seat and easy chair I've had for years. The bolster pillow is very soft, so I use a second pillow beneath it. The Chaise is not for tall people. I'm just over five foot tall and find myself dangling off the end if I lay down on it. With the left armrest It's the perfect reading and napping chaise for me. The button tufting gives lots of padding to the seat. I just don't know how long it will hold up with regular use. Else I would give it five stars. I've wanted this style and color of Chaise Lounge for years and finally found it. Note: It comes with the legs, back, armrest and bolster zipped into the body of the chaise. It's not hard to assemble, just takes some arm strength to move around.

Avoid buying this item. Very cheap material used, way smaller than pictured, and if you have any issues, customer service is a nightmare. I am trying to return it, and they keep telling me to try to sell it instead, or they'll give me $15 to keep it. Extremely unprofessional. Now they have cut off communication so I had to have Amazon customer service intervene. Do not buy this.

I’m really happy with this lounger. It looks great, it’s super comfortable and the fabric feels nice. It took a few tries to get all of the joints lined up to place the armrest but it was an easy set up. My only “warning”. … all of the pieces are in a zipper compartment under the cushion which can be difficult to see. I only discovered it after the seller responded (quickly) to my frantic message! It shipped quickly and arrived a few days ahead of schedule. I absolutely love it and, especially for the price, can’t be beat!

I ended up purchasing this for my office as a small couch for napping on lunch breaks. It came all stuffed into the bottom zipper and didn't have instructions on how to put it together. It was smaller than what I envisioned but it was a decent quality and looks identical to the picture. I wouldn't really say it has "storage" there is a zipper on the bottom of the couch that does not seem is there for that function.

This Chaise is extremely easy to assemble and looks very pretty; the little wood and brass legs are really charming! It’s very small, which is perfect for the space I wanted to fill. The seat is VERY VERY FIRM, so much that it is not very comfortable. But for the price, it’s honestly nicer than I expected. The velvet is a nice texture.The arms, legs, and bolster pillow are zipped up inside the bench seat when it ships. Clever packaging but also hard to find! Ha
