Fast loading & good sound.
Great sound quality compared to my previous Hp laptop. Loads quickly and so far has performed well.

Windows 10 = 10 times slower
Such a shame. Has Acer laptops for nearly 10 years and expected this one to be as good. It’s fine until, every few days, the slightest tiny little update from Microsoft starts and the entire laptop freezes for days on end.Useless. Avoid at all costs.I’ll try HP.

I bought this to replace an ancient one and I really surprised how easy it was to set up - pretty much did it for me!! Would recommend it highly and the casing is attractive too!' Second Acer I've bought and not disappointed - non techies will love it.

Nice machine.
Good machine but It locked me out. I had it returned. Everything was sorted out easily and a prompt refund was made. Such a shame.

Great little computer, a shame about the charger.
A brilliant computer that does everything I need it too in my daily life. It has a decent battery life, is quick and simple to use. I have only one big issue with it and I am beginning to believe it is an Acer issue, which is the poor mains adaptor plug. After only 8 months I find myself trawling the internet searching for a new plug because this one has stopped working. I found myself doing this for my previous Acer computer too within a year or two of buying, and for this reason, I will be unlikely to buy an Acer again, because the exact replacements are difficult to acquire.

Runs Linux Mint 19.3
It works well for me. I dumped Windows, which I don't like (always updating unnecessarily and too want and much useless software) and loaded Linux Mint 19.3 which others may find a little geeky. It does all I want and more.

Dont bother. Not worth the money.
Firstly the photo is when i accidentally smashed the screem when i finally snapped. Awful. Worst comuter i have ever owned. Forever stalling and crashing. I thought i just had a duff one but it seems to be a common theme. I am only using it for basic office use but it takes too long to do anything. You cant do two things at once with it. Its in hardware heaven now. Avoid! You have been warned...

The easy use - always has the help yo need
I really like my laptop - its easy to use and always has the help there if you need it - find the issue of having to purchase the word package seperately - would be a great asset if it came with it
