Dissatisfied
Hard to hold on to when using. Could do with a proper handle! Scrubbing action ok but wish I'd bought one with a double head. Will use it but it's not comfortable.

Limited uses, but saves a lot of effort
This is a handy device that runs off Makita 18v batteries. The arm can take 2x extension arms (supplied) to make the device long enough to do floor work without needing to bend over. The head angle is also adjustable to help with positioning. There is a choice of 4 head types which simply push on / pull off. The bristles have the same stiffness as a hard bristle toothbrush which makes them ideal for scrubbing without damaging hard surfaces, but stubborn ground in particles may need a bit of elbow grease. It is simple to use, just slide the switch one way for slow speed and the other for a faster speed. It is a rotational movement, not oscillation. One of my main uses was for scrubbing stained grout work in a hallway of a house I am renovating. It made a bit of a difference, but not as clean as I was hoping. Not blaming the scrubber as there was years of dirt build up on the grout.I did find it handy for prepping old porous tiled surfaces for sealing and with the right chemical cleaner it can help keep your distance from fluids (just make sure the cleaning fluid isn’t going to eat through the nylon bristles). I considered using it on an oven and other household situations as shown on the Amazon page, but it is a little too bulky for that. It has limited uses and not particularly good for scrubbing large surface areas – you could, but it will take time and a few battery changes). Thankfully, because the batteries are removable, this can sit in storage without battery leakage etc.If you got a job that regularly needs a lot of scrubbing, then this might be a worthy investment, but you will need to buy a battery and charger if you don’t already have one. You don’t specifically need a Makita make battery, a 3rd party one will do, as long as it is compatible.

Power scrubbers
I found this quite a limited set with lack of value. The attachments are all lightweight and plasticky (meaning thin, not robust), and the bristles on the brush heads are starting to fray after only a handful of uses on bathroom tiles. Will need to replace soon, so difficult to recommend.

Plenty of Oomph
This 'scrubber' really has power. Unlike a lot of the cheaper ones, this one really makes the grade. It ismore for stubborn cleaning, like cleaning the patio and with a good selection of brushes it is quite versatile. It can also be made shorter for working closer and with more control over the positioning of where the brush needs to be. I found this to be very useful indeed as I was able to get into places that before were almost impossible to clean. The whole unit is very wellThe fact it does not come with a battery is no big deal for me as I already have batteries for my Makita drills, but if you do not have a battery, buy a generic one as the genuine Makita ones cost a lot more. The whole unit is very well designed and well made and should cope with most tough cleaning jobs.

Takes The Effort Out Of Scrubbing.
The media could not be loaded. I thought this might be ideal to scrub my deck, I have a few Makita power tools so have a few Makita battery's which is handy as this does not come with a battery, the tool is quite a solid and well made, it can be used long or short just by adding or removing the center section which is just a case of pushing together and screwing up the collar's.The tool comes with four different brush heads they just clip on so should cover what ever this is used for, just switches on via a flip switch and has two speeds to choose from.Negatives it's pricey and even pricier if you do not have a battery and need to buy one.

Love this
I have rechargeable brushes but they do run out of battery and have to wait for recharge. But I also have Makita tools and accessories so this gives me all the time in the world if I have to do bigger jobs. Great brush. Very strong. I use it to clean larger areas like floors, patio and even walls. I don't know how I lived all my life without one. Great item to have around if you already have Makita batteries.

Works well but claims to be 20v working with an 18v battery?
This power scrubber works well and is fairly sturdy in use. Not premium, or industrial strength but very useable.I'm not buying the claimed 1,000 rpm value though, it seems to spin about half of that. That's still fine.Used it to scrub my kitchen floor tiles and it did quite well. The kitchen opens onto a large garden and we have a large German Shepherd so inevitably the floor gets dirty over time and whilst regular mopping helps a lot, after a while you need to scrub it. The power scrubber worked well enough. I did find it an awkward height to use it though (I'm over 6ft tall) and I also found the main shaft of the scrubber had a little flex in it when applying some pressure to the scrubber head. It could be improved by stiffening up the shaft and having a handle mid-way down to control the rotating head better. As it is, because the head rotates as it scrubs, it has a tendency to want to wander off. A handle mid-way down the shaft would give far greater control.Overall though it's not a bad bit of kit and works well. The bristles are stiff enough to give decent abrasion without scratching the tile surface.

Works OK
Not the best I've tried over the years but does function and do its job .Handle height is a little low for me but I am tall I guess at nearly 6 feet.Easy to put together and powers up OK. I can't see that it's as powerful as they claim but is sufficient to do the job to an OK level.Used this to clean a tiles floor and it left it clean and unscratched . Would use it again but not sure it's worth rhe current £50 price tag
