When I received this item, my Kindle would not fit no matter what. A month passes and a relative tries, won't fit. Another tries, the same thing. What do the instructions say? No instructions, it simply arrived in a clear plastic bag. No box, no delivery label, no nothing.So, I suggested removing the hard plastic. Well, that worked. Make sure to insert the Kindle so the slots align with the buttons.I absolutely love this holder. It provides a lot of protection and the handles are fantastic. The strap, if not adjusted, fits perfectly on my Jeep steering wheel.Although I have had multiple strokes, I have learned to find and work the buttons and access the charging slot. The flip out stand on the back doesn't flip out too well but I don't really use it. The stand is stiff plastic and wants to return to its home position. It might work better if I used it more.Overall, I am thrilled with this holder. It's wonderful for stroke patients with fumble fingers. I wish it had a stylus holder buy I was able to make a pouch to hold my stylii and other junk.

If it perfectly with the Amazon fire 10! I like how much room it leaves to press the buttons on the side and how sturdy button the material is.
