    The Best Little Book on Health and Eating

Why is this book so special?  Its because the information contained is ordained by God.  Holy Scriptures provides us with the answers we are looking for regarding what to eat.  Dr. Heredia has taken this information and has made it simple for us to learn what foods we should eat, including information on what foods we shouldn't eat too (SAD Diet).  There is also information on how to prepare foods, including combining certain foods together.  I highly recommend it. It is simple to follow and not wordy.  It is loaded with useful information that will steer you to great health!!
