When mom is happy so am i

After my dad died I wanted to get a new bed for my mom, who is 86 years old. I was very shocked that she picked this bed. I was even more shocked at how sturdy and well made it is. The instructions were easy to follow and there is plenty support for a platform bed. Besides that, it is beautiful and my mom sleeps like a little girl. She is tickled to have a good bed that is so pretty.

Nothing fit, no refund on my return

Most horrible experience I've ever had. The bed frame never fit together and I had to get a refund but the company refused to help me and Amazon took 4 months to get the situation sorted out. When they finally picked the bed frame back up they refused to send me my money back and told me to call my bank and when I called them they told me there was no history of this transaction at all which means Amazon probably tried to cancel the transaction instead of sending me my refund
