This is such a fantastic product. Comfortable to hold, feels amazing in the hand. Light weight but sturdy and robust. Perfect for my dropsy daisy hands. The drawing experience is smooth. Excellent Pencils and even better Customer Service
This product is great, the pencils have a good weight, the leads and graphite sticks are good quality. They feel good in the hand and draw cleanly. All for a very reasonable price.One of the pencils had a small fault, the customer service I encountered was excellent. They replied promptly and replaced the damaged product immediately upon demonstration of the issue.I could not be happier with the service provided. I would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you.

Quality Product
Extremely good quality for such an affordable price , comes with a large variety of tools, good quality graphite and the actual pencils feel high value only complaint the box is so hard to open felt like I was breaking in to a safe which was quite annoying but on the other hand it does keep the contents safe and secure, overall fantastic product

Great set
Great set for the price, using for sketches and I can't fault anything yet, I've had lead break on me with the thinner pencils but that's it. Looks more expensive than it is. Erasers are good. I'm yet to try the coloured lead.
