These chairs are beautiful. But check this out…I’m opening the box with my trusty Dewalt Utility Knife. I’m excited. New chairs!So I make a slice on an interior piece of cardboard, not even realizing that the cushions are RIGHT THERE. You know where this is going…I cut a cushion. My wife was not happy. We finally got these amazing chairs for our huge table and I’ve ruined one.So I reach out. I hear back from the company in an hour and by the end of the night they’re shipping me a new cushion. FREE OF CHARGE. I told them straight up, “I’m the idiot. I cut the chair. I’ll pay for a new cushion.” No charge. You get it free, dude.So beautiful chairs. Amazing customer service. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT WE WANT AS CONSUMERS, RIGHT?!!!GREAT CHAIRS AND GREAT SERVICE!

This would've been a 5 star review but unfortunately I am going to have to go through the hassle of returning part of this item. I needed a total of 6 chairs, so I bought the 4pc boucle and 2pc boucle. Yes, it is partially my fault but if you pay attention to the pictures, the chairs look different! The description does read as the same item just different quantities, not sure why they wouldn't have a different description. Chair on the left is from the 2pc and chair on the left is from the 4pc. So make sure if you needed more chairs to buy the same item! They look very similar but you can totally see the color and seat size difference. If I didn't have O.C.D I would just keep it but I already know it's going to get to me the more I look at them... now I have to pay return shipping fee as well... please pay attention!!!

I ordered 2 sets of 4 chairs. One set of 4 chairs arrived without the hardware packet. I contacted the seller, they sent me 2 sets of screws. I contact the seller again, they sent me 1 set of screws! I still have a chair that I cannot assemble. Ridiculous!The chairs are sturdy; they look like the photos and the few that I have been able to assemble have been great over the last month. Without the annoyance of tracking down random screws I would have given a much higher rating.

The media could not be loaded. The color of these is amazing! Super comfortable and durable, very easy and straightforward assembly. Best part was the price! These vintage looking chairs are usually way more expensive!
