Nice sturdy construction with a pleasing texture. Great of massaging bottom of feet, getting into arches, and under the toes. Just wide enough for my feet (US M12, standard width).

Been using this almost everyday for somw time now in a routine i am building to alleviate my faciitis problem. And i use on the the foot that doesn't give horrendous heel pain as well. The last few days i noticed my feet were not hurting as much. And I been standing up and moving around a bit better first thing in the morning. Evn when I walked around the home improvement store this morning my feet weren't hurting as quickly as the y normally had. I starting to believe its helping.

I wish I’d bought this years ago. Massaging my foot right now and releasing the tension and knots feels incredible. I’m so glad I finally got one. Well worth the small price. I stretch and wear good footwear but having this as an additional layer is so much better
