Works great for nausea from drinking alcohol. Not 1200 mg pills. Each one is 600 mg. You need to take two pills to get the 1200 mg. A little deceiving. Would have given five stars if not for that deception.

I have tried several charcoal pills by different brands and this one is the most effective one. It really helps my whole family with stomach aches, nausea or sometimes I just take it before meals. It's been the most product we use in our household.

It does help with bloating, but you kind of need to take it with a problematic meal, rather than 2-3 hours after a meal, because by then it's too late, and I feel like I can't tell any benefits from this at that point. I don't think it has as much of an effect on reflux compared to bloating. I understand why it's recommended to not take it with meals, especially medications.
