Thank you for contacting OPI Professional. We value your brand loyalty. OPI Pro Spa Protective Hand, Nail and Cuticle Cream will not affect gel polish. Massage into hands and forearms twice daily after washing hands, or as part of any manicure service.

Q: Does the exfoliant contain micro beads? Or is is organic?

Q: Is this genuine? if you go to the o.p.i. store, it's $23.60. why is it so much cheaper here? it says it's sold by amazon, who is the merchant ?

I t has the same packaging as what I purchased in the store. Smells and performs the same, the best hand cream I ever used. I don’t know the answer to your other questions. Hope this helps.
