This foam roller has the perfect firmness for deep tissue massage without being too painful. Great for relieving muscle soreness after workouts. Lightweight, durable, and easy to use at home. Helps improve flexibility and recovery.

Well made and overall I’m happy but wish it was 3-4 inches wider. Great for hamstrings, shoulder kinks and glutes.

My physical therapist suggested I purchase a foam roller for the cramps and achiness in my calves. I had a total knee replacement and the pain was hindering my sleep. This was easy to use and found it did help to decrease the pain at night. I don't use it as often as I did, but there are times that I do need it and I am glad to have it.

I recently suffered a lower back muscle spasm, and my physiatrist recommended using a medium-density foam roller as part of my recovery and stretching routine. After doing some research, I decided to purchase the 321 Strong Foam Roller — and it has been one of the best purchases I’ve made. The medium density is absolutely perfect. It’s firm enough to provide effective deep tissue pressure, but not overly aggressive, which was especially important while recovering from my lower back issue. It helps release tension, improve mobility, and reduce soreness without causing unnecessary discomfort. I now use it consistently for both pre- and post-workout stretching, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in muscle flexibility and recovery time. It works great on my lower back, glutes, hamstrings, and legs overall. The textured surface really helps target tight spots and trigger points. Another big plus is its durability — it keeps its shape even after frequent use and feels very well made. If you’re dealing with muscle tightness, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to improve your warm-up and recovery routine, I highly recommend this foam roller. It’s a simple tool that makes a big difference.

This roller is of reasonable quality but its flaws become apparent with time. First, it ain’t round. Duh, users want that! The knobby surfaces are fine but the mold joint on either side is pronounced. I used a belt sander to sorta make it round. Second, the knobby surface isn’t on all sections. Again, not ideal. Third, it is progressively louder, becoming squeaky as the foam layers separate. That’s annoying if you’re doing quiet morning routines let alone if you’re in a group session and squeaking away. Who wants that? This roller had one job…and it doesn’t do it terribly well.

We bought 2 of these for our youth soccer team and the players have a love hate relationship with it. Is it doing a great job? YES. Does it hurt when you have tight hammies? Yes. Do you feel better after? Yes!!! Super easy to use. Medium density is the exact description.

Good tool to relieve upper back pain. It is made of excellent hard rubber material with nice design.
