Maybe it's bad luck
The media could not be loaded. My daughter told me about this stuff and she loves it. She lives in Indiana. I'm in AZ. So maybe it's coming from a different warehouse? I've now ordered 3-4 bottles between missing, and replaced bottles and they have all been dried up or gross.Finally gave up and went with a different brand.

I works better than the polish remover but it take multiple times and wish it was a bigger bottle

It takes a couple of applications, but works great. So much better than them using the grinder on your nails and making them weak.
