OBDII Meter Dashboard Speed RPM Water Temperature Voltage Gauge Digital Display

My primary need for this was to have some gauges for my 2008 Smart Fortwo. This offered an opportunity to have a tach, coolant temperature, voltage...and multiple layers of shift lights.Without using the instructions, I installed the unit in the OBD port. I stumbled through the four buttons, but I was able to get myself into using MPH, PSI, and *F. And for voltage, coolant temperature, and the tach, it's good for me. There is an audible alarm that can be adjusted. It isn't quiet nor is it loud. I noticed it, so I'm good with that.I would use MPH, but it neither coincides with GPS ground speed or the speedometer. There doesn't seem to be any way to make some changes to that value to get it closer to actual speed.I'll continue using it to see if I dislike the lighting under more conditions and to see if I find one of the configurations more to my liking that another.Seems to be good value for not a lot of money.

Plugged this tac into my 2007 VW Jetta. Seemed like it worked but I went to drive and the car wouldn't go over 1000 RPM and no fuel pedal. Unplugged it, plugged it back in and killed my ECU. $2000 later and a new ECU. I suggest staying away from this tach as much as you can.

Very finicky.. won't restart on its own when the vehicle is cycled off and on.. have to unplug it and plug it back in for it work properly...

Didn’t work or turn on at all until i turned my truck off then it popped on the loading screen then shut off

Plugged it into my Yaris and would not read rpm's. Plugged it into my Tacoma and worked the first run. I drove the truck again a couple of days later and it would not read rpm's. Returned item.
