It has the natural nut colour of almonds and contains no added colouring. Marzipan can be used as a covering layer on all types of cakes, baked in to all types of cakes and can also be used for making delicious confectionery or for modelling decorations. It goes perfectly with our regal-ice icing. It is suitable for vegetarians. Each 454g pack is carefully wrapped in foil to maintain freshness and contains enough icing to cover a 18cm (7inch) round cake or 15cm (6inch) square cake. **Q: Are there preservatives or artificial flavors or artificial colors in this product?**
A: The product says no added colour. Ingredients listed are sugar, almonds, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, and water.

**Q: What is the best before for this product..**
A: Dear customer 
This product always have long date. I would say at list couple of  months.  I would say if you order now. Then hopefully you can have date for January 2022 may be more .

**Q: I worry that it might be oversweet.  Any comment on this?**
A: It was delicious but VERY hard to roll out. It was not smooth and I ended up covering it with fondant

The marzipan itself was not overly sweet

**Q: how large of a cake will this cover?**
A: Just the top of the cake: probably 9-10 inches diameter; top and sides: maybe 7-9 inches. Depends on how thinly you roll the marzipan to make it fit.
