Poor customer service (which shocks me to say)
I like on average 2 times per week (and often 3 times) and each hike is between 5 to 8 miles. A bunch of friends recommended I switch over from camelback to Osprey because it's a better pack. Which it really is. I found my Osprey packs are more comfortable and largely easier to fill the water bags. My frustration is that I used the red string in the storage compartment for my keys (I almost never use the red string and instead usually use my car's lockbox). The red string got stuck in the zipper. After 5+ minutes I ended up having to use my knife to cut the area below the zipper to pull my car keys out. I contacted Osprey asking for an exchange bag because this is a design flaw in my mind. I was told I needed to spend my own money to ship the bag back to Osprey and they will take 6 to 8 weeks to review and determine the best solution. That means I'm without my bag for 12 to 16 hikes - just not a workable solution. I ended up buying a second bag and cutting the red string out so I don't have this issue in the future. For a company that I've always heard is all about customer service and product design - they failed me on both fronts. But ultimately, my need for hiking will win out and I decided to eat the cost of a new bag.

Camel bag sweats
This bag is super small, not really convenient for hiking even a short hike. The canal bag sweats through the material and will have your back soaking wet. Not impressed.
