lovely neat and useful item for a quiller to have
bought this and was not disappointed with it, its neat, and the cicles all follow down in size which is useful if like me your new to quilling and not so good at judging size of circles and I also love the colourful little pins that came with it, I just love this item.

Useful, not a waste of money.
This item has been really good and my first attempts at quilling....the circle numbers aren't necessary universal to the tutorials watched on you tube but it is the only way to ensure equal sizing.
