Is my nap mat machine washable?

How thick should a nap mat be?

If the school uses standard cots or padded mats, then the thickness of the nap mat can be as little as ½ inch. If the child is sleeping on a bare floor, then we recommend at least 1 inch. Our Nap mat is 1.5 inches, suit for both circumstances.
