**Q: Is this shade black trimmings please**
A: The frame is black.

**Q: Why do you state this is metal and glass when it is made of plastic.**
A: I bought these a long time ago and yes they are plastic, the two I bought arrived broken, they were cheap and horrible, I got a refund.

**Q: Is it a dark antique brass colour?**
A: Yes it is. It’s very well made too, well worth the money

**Q: The metal is described as copper but other answers have said black & /or antique brass. Is it very dark & black or is it definitely antique brass?**
A: The ceiling rose and the top part ofvthe lightfitting are antique brass. The star outlines are all very black - no metal showing through.

We bought two of these - one for hallway and the other for landing - they are very attractive. They are quite small and therefore would not look right in a large room, but absolutely perfect for our needs. Good quality product and comes with LED bulb.
