I just started to use it today very softly abd the colors start peeling out I didn’t even wash it yet 🥲

This cup is probably the best coffee cup I’ve owned. Keeps temperature extremely well, has an integrated handle and still fits in a cup holder. The screw on locking lid truly is a game changer when trying to hurry. No more spilled coffee. I even lock it and shake it to mix my coffee and creamer. Lots of colors and the finish has a great high quality feel. Definitely the best coffee cup I’ve found in features and value.

The color was a beautiful pink and the size was nice. But the lid was just terrible. The lid wouldn’t line up correctly and was hard to get off. I have other Brumate cups and several Hopsulator slims and they are great. No issues with lids and they all line up correctly. But this cup, not so much. I sent her back.

Item showed up damaged. Now I have to either accept it as it is or go out of my way to return the item to fix the situation and not even get the item I wanted. Not impressed.

I have now owned this coffee mug for over 6 months, and it is by far the best coffee mug I've ever purchased! I love this mug! I bought a pretty big one because I like to make the coffee one time and drink it over time. It keeps the heat in so well, you do have to wait a bit to drink the coffee. If you want to drink it sooner I suggest leaving the lid off for a bit to let it cool down. It definitely lasts for a good 4 hours and sometimes more depending on if you closed the lid straight away after pouring your hot coffee. In one pic I do show where my latch broke. Not the cups fault! I dropped it once and it hit just right and cracked it a bit. It has not effected me being able to close it and seal it. Still works and no spills. I have not contacted customer support yet to see if I could get another lid. The lid at first, can be hard to screw off , but, if you watch their video about how to make it easier, do it before you first screw it on. They suggest using a tiny (TINY) bit of Olive oil around the rubber seal on the lid. This will make it easier to screw on and off. After some time it does get easier. Even the way they send it to you is beautiful, like the cup. I would highly recommend purchasing from BruMate.
