Perfect Balance of Softness and Support
I recently purchased this memory foam pillow and I’m very happy with it. The quality is really good, it feels soft yet supportive, and provides great comfort for a good night’s sleep. Very Comfortable & Cooling
Excellent pillow! The memory foam adapts to your neck shape perfectly. The cool gel is a great feature, especially in this weather; it genuinely feels cooler to the touch and helps me sleep better. Provides good support for both my neck and shoulders. Worth the price.

Poor Product Quality
The media could not be loaded. I purchased your MY ARMOR Cool Gel Cervical Pillow for Neck Pain and Shoulder Pain (Blue Checks Cover) from Amazon in May 2025. The product came with a 2-year warranty, which I relied upon when making my purchase. However, after using it for three months, I decided to wash it today as it had become very dirty. Upon inspection, I discovered that the internal quality of the pillow is extremely poor. The foam inside is of substandard quality and tears apart easily wherever I touch it, rendering it unusable.I have attached a video and images showing the damaged condition of the pillow. This is highly disappointing given the product’s advertised durability and the warranty provided. I request a full refund or a replacement for this defective item under the 2-year warranty.

Not ment for people who keep changing their sleeping positions
It is a nice pillow as mentioned it does make you comfortable by sinking your head as per once weight, but only issue is that it takes time to get back to its original shape which makes my sleep disturbing and uncomfortable.My sleep is mostly disturbing so i keep changing my sleep position every time so since this pillow takes time to regain its shape it makes my sleep more disturbing. Orelse overall the pillow is very nice and does the job as mentioned.I liked its hight as well its softness,if only it has not taken time to get in its shape i would have definitely kept it but i got to return it as its not ment for me.

Best pillow for comfort and quality
This is our second purchase of this cervical pillow, and we couldn’t be happier! After we started using it, no other pillow has given us the same level of comfort and relief. The design supports the neck perfectly, eases stiffness, and has improved our sleep quality a lot. Highly recommend!
