Great product easy to install, at a good price.

Brilliant bit if kit. Upgraded from the sum up air, which is really good! But this working as a stand alone, not needing phone or wifi/data from phone to work is a lifesaver. Well built, and battery lasts really long.

Very easy to use and set up, the quality is what you would expect, its plug and play so to speak so very easy to connect to your phone.

So after using it for 4 months here is my review Device Malfunctions: lots of Instances of the machine becoming unresponsive or displaying error messages shortly after purchase. Poor Customer Support: none ,there are no humans there besides a website where you can talk with an AI system ,no contact number . Slow Boot-Up Time: The device takes approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds to start, which can be inconvenient during busy periods. Connectivity Issues: Problems with establishing or maintaining a stable connection, leading to transaction delays or failures. Limited Battery Life: Battery lasts only up to four hours, necessitating frequent recharging. Security Vulnerabilities: Potential exposure to security risks due to bugs in the card reader’s software. Overall not recommended ,when it works It did the job for a couple of hours however … when there’s a problem be aware that you are on your own there is no contact number or anyone you can speak to . Cancelled the account and dumped the machine

So far, excellent - I took my first payment and received it into my bank account less than 48 hours after ordering the unit... one minor gripe was having to use a mobile phone app to do the ID verification set up... I bought the solo as I don't own a smart phone and wanted a card reader that works without one - the Solo Card Reader works great using WiFi or a mobile connection with its built-in sim card with unlimited data use but the set up ID verification process requires the mobile app... I used a friend's mobile which worked fine so no big deal really - but just be aware...

Ho acquistato il SumUp Solo e sono pienamente soddisfatto. È piccolo, elegante e facilissimo da usare, perfetto per gestire pagamenti con carta o contactless ovunque. Ich hatte mich ehrlich gesagt auf eine nervige Einrichtung eingestellt, aber nach ein paar Minuten lief das Ding. Im Einsatz: Die Kunden sind happy, weil sie einfach mit Karte, Handy oder Uhr zahlen können. Ich bin happy, weil das Geld sofort in der Übersicht auftaucht. Und das Beste: Die Verbindung ist stabil, auch mit meinem eher lahmen Handy. Kein Rumgefrickel, keine Abbrüche. Akkulaufzeit reicht locker für mehrere Stunden Flohmarkt.
