## Questions & Answers

**Q: I was never given a battery holder. Will they send me one for free?**
A: No.  The battery holders are inside the body of the lights i don’t see how you didn’t get one..

**Q: how do you install the batteries**
A: The back of the flashlight barrel where the button is, unscrews. Twist it off counterclockwise.  If you are using the supplied AAA batteries, they fit into the supplied battery holder. The flat end of each battery (the negative terminal) fits against the spring in each of the three compartments in the battery holder. In the flashlight barrel, remove the plastic spacer tube. That is only used for the 18650 battery (not provided). Put the battery holder into the tube with the protruding knob facing the front of the flashlight. Screw the barrel end back on and press the green button. That should turn it on. You can half-press the button to change modes.

**Q: How long does battery last on high? Med? Low?**
A: I have only used it on high with an 18 650 battery and it seems to last for a good long time. I can’t really tell you exactly how long.

Great product for the price! I have bought several different brands of flashlights and the quality is always been disappointing. I decided to give these LED tactical flashlights a try and was so excited by the quality of these lights, especially for the low price! I keep one in my car and use it all the time. Now I don’t have to worry about the quality of the flashlight because it is so bright and I know it will always work! My husband uses the other one out on the farm and absolutely loves it! He is so happy with the product and has asked me to order another set. He especially loves the strobe mode when he’s trying to get my sons to come in from the field. The flashlights are heavy duty and durable. I’ve dropped mine on the cement many a times when I’m trying to look for stuff in my trunk. It’s never broken and always continues to work like new. Both of my sons have also requested (actually demanded) that I also order them these flashlights! They want to have them for use on the farm. I can’t say a bad about these flashlights! Such a great deal for the price. High quality and so durable. Highly recommend!
