Great Spice!
I used mustard in many recipes and my local grocer was OUT! Luckily Amazon was able to supply this. To be honest I had tried Newman's sauces and salad dressings, but had no idea he had spices. It's GOOD.

Add to your broccoli sprouts!
I read that adding mustard seed to broccoli. Sprouts will enhance the sulforaphane content. I love that this one is organic. You can’t beat that, so I’m sold!
