The Book of Kells: An Illustrated Introduction to the Manuscript in Trinity College Dublin

I bought this book as recommended reading for a course on The Book of Kells through Trinity College Dublin where it is in exhibition. Prompt delivery. Excellent cindition. Still to read it but look forward to it. The author is recognised by academia so factual. Lots of good quality pictures, very necessary.

Purchased for my dad who was involved in the making of the bomb proof/fire proof display case for the Book of Kells. He found it interesting and realised he had met the author. Good condition.

I bought it thinking I was going to get a bookful of illustrations. Although there are some, it is mainly about the religious Irish book itself. Not my thing..
