Review: A good choice for any student - I am a simple student of the Bible. This version was a major development historically in the English language of the Bible by anyone's standards. I agree with critics here that there are some inaccuracies due to Lamsa's personal ideas, but not necessarily the ones that they post here. Nevertheless this is not enough to invalidate the significance of this version. I'm not personally in favour of blunting the edge of truth to pacify humanitarian ideals. This is still currently a valuable item in anyone's study arsenal (review dated 16.02.13).

I am a simple student of the Bible. This version was a major development historically in the English language of the Bible by anyone's standards.
