Decent Quality, but not high flow
This kit comes with a good quality brass ball valve with a .30"/7.5mm dia. hole in the ball. The knob actuates the valve with ease. The black plastic adapters are of decent build quality, and the orange quick disconnect hose fittings are flimsy. This came with an extra white gasket and an O-ring that doesn't seem to belong in the kit. While this is a decent kit, there are other options out there, some with full-flow valves.

Measure your threads on the ibc drain!
Very important! Although it claims to fit a variety of ibc drain valve threads, the adapter for mine had the larger(2.63") vs the other fine thread which is about 2.44" Fortunately, I make do in a world that I can't just return items. And of course, I have the smaller threads to adapt to. So I removed the adapter leaving course threads to the fine threads on the drain valve. First attempt wouldn't seal. They supply an extra Viton ring or seal for this, so I just doubled them up and carefully retightened the adapter until it surprisingly quit leaking water. The brass valve maybe lacks in allowing any volume of liquid to disperse, but with a transfer pump, that will be expedited a bit. So, for the money? I made it work, fortunately. But do review inc totes and their various drain valves before you order. And get the calipers out and measure your drain threads on the outlet side of the ibc valve when it's on the tote.
