Was really surprised when these arrived. I've ordered replacement ink before from another company and they arrived individually in plastic bags. These were professionally packaged in a glossy box (4 cartridges per box). They did sound a bit 'empty' (ie, I could hear the ink swishing inside) but they are full (according to my computer!). So, very happy and I will definitely order again.

I was a bit worried by the cheap price of these refills but I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of color and likeness to the branded cartridges. I will never buy branded again after buying these. A smart purchase that can save you a fortune!

I really regret buying my Brother printer, as I don't live near any stockists of the ink cartridges! Plus the official Brother ones are so expensive. And, you don't seem to be able to recycle the used cartridges for charity.Thank goodness for Amazon and it's plethora of ink cartridge suppliers. I can always find something suitable and have so far had no problems with using the 'unofficial' cartridges.

ONE LEAKED BUT OTHERWISE OK

Received product on time. Unpacked and tried to insert into my MFC-235C printer. Difficult to insert. The Blue cartridge leaked half its content before I could get it into the machine. Fortunately I had put down a plastic cover saving a claim for damage.When I finally got the four cartridges inserted I spent two hours trying to get a result repeatedly going through the cleaning process.. After several attempts over a 3 day period I finally got it to print in very poor form.After a few weeks it now prints in Black with a very faint finish. Trying to print in colour gives a jumbled mess.Further. The product arrived with a plastic film over some of the Ink jets outlets. I had to pierce these manualy and then remove them altogether. Result was leaking ink everywhere .I had to clean out the unit and start from scratch.I still have 4 cartridges left. I will probably scrap those and buy another product.Lesson learned.
