The cushion was folded in half then rolled and vacuum packed. There is a huge lump all the way down the middle where the foam is stuck together where it was folded. It’s been 2 days since I opened it and it’s not getting any better. Impossible to sit on.

Flattens out like a pancake!

It takes at least a few days for this to expand and form it's normal shape again after being packaged for shipping - for mine there was a ridge sticking up in the middle, but it went away.However, now that it's fully expanded, the foam is just not dense enough. If you use this cushion on top of another cushion, it's not quite as bad (although the point was to find something better than the cheap cushion I had, this is not that). The problem is if you just use this cushion without anything else, it has a significant amount of compression when sitting on it. So for wooden chairs for example, it is very uncomfortable. A little bit better than just the plain wooden chair, but barely. (And due to chronic pain I can't sit for long, which is why I got this, unfortunately it doesn't do the minimum that I would expect from a seat cushion. And for things like wooden chairs, it does not do much at all to help if you have pain from back problems or related issues.

I ordered the Slecofom Seat Cushion for Office Chair -Memory Foam Desk Chair Cushion Back Breathable Mesh&Non-Slip Bottom,Car/Wheelchair Seat Cushions -Coccyx,Sciatica & Back Pain Relief Pillow (18x16in,Grey) for my mom to use when she’s at my house. My kitchen chairs aren’t padded well, but that is where she likes to sit when she visits. I ordered this so that she would be more comfortable. It’s memory foam, so by nature it’s more comfortable to sit on than nothing at all. I will say what I received is not what was pictured. The cushion I received is gray, but it’s not a simple rectangle. The underside has a non-skid material. When that side is down, there is a very subtle angle on the top side of the cushion. Almost like a small peak. It doesn’t seem to really affect the way it works, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

When I first received this it was packaged very small and as seen from the later pictures I thought the entire cushion was an absolute joke. Leaving it alone for 2 weeks though has made it into what looks more similar to the product pictures (see the first 3 pictures of this review). It's not the typical "memory-foam-feel" you get from a pillow where you press down and it takes a while for it to rise back up, but it's decently comfortable. For $20.69 at the time of this review though, it's probably not worth the money. Even if you do buy it, you should open it up and leave it alone for at least 1 week before you start sitting on it, because this thing takes a very long time to fully expand.

I got this cushion for daily use with a desk chair. So far, it's been great - not too soft or too firm, and fits my chair perfectly. The black cover has mesh-like material on the top and sides, and plain black material with tiny dots to help prevent it from slipping on the bottom. Plus, a zipper to remove it for washing, which is really nice. When I received this cushion, I removed it from the packaging, and let it sit for at least 24 hours to let it expand. Once in a while, I squished it to work out the lump down the middle where it was folded. It fully expanded, has no lumps and is now my favorite desk chair cushion.

This cushion comes in a box like, 4 times smaller than the cushion. It confused me at first (doesn't take much) and I thought there was a mix-up with my order. It's folded in half and vacuum sealed but it was pretty much fluffed out to full size after about 20 minutes. I took the foam piece out of the case to make sure it wouldn't be hindered while "expanding".The cushion is very comfortable and has a durable cover with a non-skid bottom. Not quite 3 inches thick though, and that's after a full 8 hours of being unsealed. It's a great cushion and I can say I recommend it.

this product would have been given 5 stars if the memory foam was less vacuumed sealed. There is a hump that is taking foreverrrrr to come out. I think I have it placed upside down (blue side down) and it's not too noticeable, but still very unfortunate. This is overall very comfortable, I just wish I could use it properly.
