When in doubt just buy these
I had these ordered for my spectra. Initially i was pretty sure I was one size but when I got these I played around with them until I actually found the one that fit the best and let me tell you I was off from my initial size lol.

Uncomfortable
These do "work". But they leave an invention where the edges are. Only a few sizes fit properly in the flange and the others sort of fold because they're too thick to insert in the flange all of the way. I ended up throwing them away and buying the proper size flange. But they did work to experiment and find the proper size.
