THESE PILLOWS ARE FANTASTIC. AFTER SQUEEZING, FLUFFING AND FOLLOWING DYER INSTRUCTIONSAND THE WAITED TIME FRAME I FOUND THEM TO BE SO NICE AND FIRM BUT SOFT AT THE SAME TIMEVERY COMFORTABLE WITH VERY GOOD SUPPORT AND QUALITY. ALSO I FELT HONORED AFTER OPENING THE PACKAGE UP WITH SUCH PRESENTATION AS TO THE WAY THEY WERE PACKAGED. I HAVE PURCHASED OTHER ITEMS THAT WERE SO BADLY PRESENTED AND WONDERED HOW COULD THEY BE SENT OUT IN SUCH A DISCUSSING MANNER? I WILL BE LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. AND AS FAR AS MY NEW PILLOWS ARE DOING? OH YES THE COMFORT HAS BEGAN.

I like these pillows since they're mid firm while still being plush. My only issue is how often I have to fluff them since they go partially flat pretty easily, at least the couple I have that don't seem quite full enough. Still better than my old pillows though

Based on reviews I thought I'd love these. Wrong! I gave them a shot for two weeks but was getting horrible sleep. Everyone has a pillow preference and I get that. The one star is because the seller charged me to have them returned. Some of my money back is better than none but this is how third party sellers get you. If I were you I would only purchase from Amazon directly. Then if you need to return an item you aren't being scammed. I like quality and I like convenience. This was the worst customer service situation ever.

Really comfy, followed the instructions and they rose up. Definitely buying more to replace all my pillows in my house.

I’m starting 1 hour after taking these out of their packaging. They have not fluffed at all, and most of the filling is shoved to one end on both of them. I gather that I am responsible for massaging the pillows into the correct shape, and to get THE LUMPS out? The arthritis in my hands won’t allow that. Can I stomp on them, like grapes? Had I known that these pillows require so much effort on the part of the consumer, before they approach being useful, I would have passed, and hard. I’ll check back in 48 hours.Two days have passed, and I’ve done all of the things. I’ve beaten them, shaken, squeezed, and inched them. They spent some time in a cool dryer, which was helpful.One of the pillows seems to be coming together, but needs more time. The other one has a hard lump the size of a plum. I’ll try to beat it into submission.I actually bought another pair of these. They need to be gifted to someone.I’ll check back in another 2 days.

Love these pillows. They hold up great, so soft, yet supportive. They do take a little to break in but then perfect! The washable zippered cover is great.

They came in vacuum sealed so I had to massage them a bit. They’re super comfortable and still expanding. Very happy with the product! However the packaging was a pain to get open because they were in their own rolled up case and I had to rip the packaging to remove them. Overall it took me around 20mins to get them to where they can start expanding which can be a pain but worth it!

Love these pillows. They come individually in recyclable cylinder fabric. Pull them out of this area, then remove from plastic. Made sure to get all of the clumps of memory foam separately, the left them for 24 hours to continue expanding. We no longer have a sore neck in the morning, and have the best nights sleep since we purchased them.
