Small ear canal. Has different sizes and the only that stay in my ear while I’m busy, even during exercise.Great option for fit! The price is awesome…the charging case problematic. Does not always charge equally no matter how you put them in.I own 2 sets

Great value and longevity. I accidentally left them in my pocket and they went thru the laundry, and they still work! They’re my second pair after I wore the others out with frequent use. Very comfortable and good sound quality, great for daily use and they stay put when running/exercising. I do wish they were a little easier to get out of the charging case.

Speakers have rattling sound at low frequency.No carrying case.

My listening uses are primarily for audiobooks, zoom, and videos - rarely music. The sound quality on this set of headphones is great for these purposes. I use one ear at a time and switch as the battery power dies out. The charging case is very easy to use and portable.I had been using headphone that were around the neck, but those would break after 4-6 months. I tried in-the-ear headphones, and found them to be uncomfortable and they didn't always stay in place. I also tried cheaper versions of this headphone which are solid plastic and wrap around the ear. I liked the design, but the cheap ones left everything sounding tinny and didn't hold Bluetooth connections well.These connect to both my laptop and phone easily. They suit my needs perfectly and are exactly what I wanted. They don't go in the ear canal so they aren't sound-canceling and that's fine with me because I like being aware of what's happening around me.The one problem I have is if I'm laying down, the pillow pressure on my ear can turn the power off. This is fixed by laying on my side... it's one tiny annoyance.

The earphones have good quality sound and they fit nicely in my ear. I also like the standing case. But after having them for almost twonths, one earphone is not charging. How can I fix this as I do like the earphones. Also, when I get a call, sometimes the person cannot hear me even though the earphone is connected to my Bluetooth. I usually have to disconnect and reconnect for the person to hear me.

The item came on time and worked good

I’ve had the Apple AirPods for about two years and was having problems. The right ear bud has low volume and I get less than an hour on a charge now.So, I was looking for replacements and chose to try these. The thought of shelling out over $200 for a new pair from Apple...Once I received them I was anxious to connect them to my phone, but the instructions call for a full charge first. I’m impatient waiting like that but they charged from zero very quickly.Fitting them next, I tried using a couple of the ear canal adaptors until I found one that was comfortable, which was easy to do. They are nice and fit well in my ears, I felt comfortable that they will stay in even while exercising.Connecting them to my phone was completely uneventful, as you’d hope it would be. Typical Bluetooth connection we are all comfortable with now.Of course the sound quality is probably the most important attribute and these really perform. Since they fit better in my ear, there is good isolation from what’s happening around the house. Good loudness and it seems to me that the bass is fuller than my AirPods, but mine are in a diminished state so that’s not a fair comparison.I think the microphones are equally important and those folks that I’ve called considered the quality on their end as very good.My only feedback to Sharper Image is that the case should have a more rounded design. I’m always in the go with ear buds in pocket. The case is a bit ‘chunkier’ than I’d prefer.All-in-all, and especially considering the nice price, a terrific buy.

Medium durability, medium quality sound, medium/low battery, medium connectivity BUT they get the job done and as long as you take care of them with the bare minimum, they don't break easily.All for a medium price.
