These are awesome. I use them for everything from wine making to sauerkraut and pepper pickling. Fermentation locks work very well, they're super easy to clean. Silicon/rubber gaskets are very durable.

I purchased them to make sauerkraut. This was the first time I’ve ever made sauerkraut and it turned out awesome. These jars worked great and they are also easy to clean.

Great product. I fermented my garden cucumbers in this jar and it worked great. The vent tube on the lid allowed me the freedom to let it do its thing until the time was up. I didn’t have to keep checking and releasing pressure. It is also a great size to handle bigger batches or larger vegetables.

Worked great for my cabbage. Just need a better weight to hold the kraut down. Had to fashion my own to slip in the top, be flexible enough to get through top yet cover the kraut. I used a cutout from a laundry detergent bottle.

Came in the mail really fast. Perfect condition. No chips or cracks. Easy to clean, came with extra seals, burp top and seal for the top of the jar. I put sauerkraut in one jar which fit 3 larg heads and in the second jar I put pineapple scraps to make pineapple vinegar.

Yes, this is an excellent product. I bought 2 and constantly have something in the works. The airlocks work great. The wide mouth is perfect for my big hands; makes it easy to clean. It has both metric and imperial numbers embossed in the glass so it won't wash away in time. The size is nice for big batches of whatever you like. Although, it can be quite heavy once it's full, which is not a problem for many but my elderly mother could barely lift it. So far I've made sauerkraut, pickled beets, cabbage, fermented hot sauce and kimchi. I am going to purchase 2 more because when I start making cinnamon mead, it will tie them up and need at least one or two for other projects. Definitely worth the money, get it.
