Great addition to my tool set!
The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this impact wrench! I have had it over 6 months & use it multiple times a month. (Lately I have been using it more like a few times a week). It's never given me issues and I still haven't had to charge the battery! I use it for jobs around the house and some work on my scooter. I've used it to change my tire once and it worked great for that as well.The fact that it comes with the adapter to use it as a drill/ screwdriver was a big selling point for me! I am so glad I bought this and would do it again!

Doesn’t work
Battery no longer holds a charge and or works. Used a total of twice. Not worth the money spent. Was told there was a warranty but cannot find a way to contact sellerOr manufacturer to get service

Worked great so far
Used this two times to install/remove tires on my car so far and it has worked flawlessly both times. It has lots of power if you need it to remove tough lugnuts. Also has autostop function so you don't over torque. This has more than enough torque to tighten lug nuts for cars/trucks, but you have to set the impact torque/speed correctly. The average car wheel requires less than 100 ft/lbs of torque. This thing has more than 4 times that. User incompetence is more likely if this doesn't work for you.

Good for the price.
So I purchased this product I didn't open it right away so when I opened it later I realized I was missing some parts. Couldn't do anything about it but remember check your product first. That's what I should have done.
