Refused Delivery: Safety Concerns Due to Open Box -- Poor packaging - Dampered Boxes
Unacceptable shipping standards for a expensive bulb Extremely disappointed with the complete lack of care in shipping. The two bulbs (costing 1200~) arrived with zero protective packaging—no box, no bubble wrap, nothing. To make matters worse, the product boxes appeared to have been opened prior to delivery, raising serious concerns about product manipulation. Refused delivery on the spot. Safekeeping an expensive fragile item should be a basic priority.
