These chia seeds make a high-quality contribution to many meals. I love adding them to oats, smoothies, vegan yogurt, and pancakes to increase my Omega-3 intake. Even leaving health benefits of chia seeds aside, I really enjoy the texture these add to a meal. To me they don't seem to impart much of a flavor to a dish, which makes them a very versatile ingredient.
