The headset physically broke in two when I put it on, six months after I'd bought it. Also doesn't have very good battery life if you leave it on between calls, as I tend to do.

I bought these for work and the sound was great and so was the set up. They easily connected but they broke very quickly unfortunately. For the price, I'm disappointed.

Comes with charging cable, blue tooth adapter for PC, and carry/storage bag. The microphone moves 360° so can be used on left or right side.The charging cable is type C to type C.Not a lot of padding on the ear phones themselves, but there is ample padding for top of headThey have a quick mute feature in addition to being able to use the volume buttons, just place mic in upright position and call will mute.Nice clear static free sound.

Really good sound both on a call and listening to music. Multipoint connection means I can have it connected to my phone and computer at the same time. One caution: you cannot pair it while the microphone is muted so make sure the mic is not vertical (aligned with the headband).I’m really happy with the fact that I can mute my microphone by moving the mic arm up. It even speaks “muted” and “unmuted” so I know the state. I wish it would repeat that periodically but it’s certainly not a deal breaker for me.The flaws1 when connected to my MacBook with the supplied dongle, changing the speaker volume with the volume adjustment keys on my laptop did not change the volume in the headset when on a Zoom call. I had to change the volume in the Zoom app’s audio settings.2 your voice is not sent thru the headphones which means you won’t hear yourself thru the speakers. This may not bother some but it bothers me greatlyEven with these 2 flaws, I think this is a really great headset for calls and web conferences. Battery life is great, too.

These are comfortable and lightweight. They don't hurt my ears and easy to use. It's able to use USB or Bluetooth which is awesome. I'm currently using it for my PS4 in case you are wondering if able to use for gaming. These are well worth getting and trust I've tried many headphones and all didn't quite appeal to me like these do.

I have enjoyed using this for my workday. It allows for easy and good quality communication on VOIP calls and Zoom, Teams, etc. It's also good enough sounding that I can watch shows or listen to music. For the price (around $75 at time of purchase), it's a solid option.
