E-Squared (10th Anniversary Edition): Nine Do-It-Yourself Energy Experiments That Prove Your Thoughts Create Your Reality

The collection of prejudices acquired by the age of eighteen. - Do you have them?
The concepts the book are based on are time honored from many sources, and though empirical proof is often difficult to obtain, Pam gives some sample exercises which may, or may not, yield the proof one needs to believe, though many of her reader's have obtained it and now, not only believe, but 'know' the truth. A quote comes to mind from an unknown source, "He who believes needs no explanation. He who does not will find no explanation that is sufficient." However, there are many explanations that ARE sufficient, if not downright proof, of the possibilities. Scientific theories and concepts, support the results possible in Pam's book. A few are : 1) Quantum physics and the existence of 11 dimensions (As opposed to most people's belief that there are only 4 dimensions - length, width, height and time) as elegantly explained in Phd of Physics, Brian Greene's, The Elegant Universe. As Neils Bohr said, "If anybody says he can think about quantum physics without getting giddy, that only shows he has not understood the first thing about them." Neils Bohr, in case you didn't know, received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1922 and came up with the Bohr model of the atom with a nucleus and electrons) Have YOU ever thought about what lies in the other 7 dimensions and the implications of them? 2) Hugh Everett's multiverses from 1957, (A theory about the existence of alternate realities.) As stated by a prominent physicist who's name you may recognize, "The quantum theory of parallel universes is not the problem, it is the solution. It is not some troublesome, optional interpretation emerging from arcane theoretical considerations. It is THE explanation, the only one that is tenable, of a remarkable and counterintuitive reality." - David Deutsch (He pioneered the field of quantum computation by formulating a description for a quantum Turing machine, as well as specifying an algorithm designed to run on a quantum computer. He is a proponent of the many-worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics.) 3) Evan Harris Walker, in his landmark book, The Physics of Consciousness, where he concludes the existence of a will stream capable of affecting physical reality. Our will stream is so small in size next to our normal consciousness stream, that most cannot make use of it, because of all the chatter in their head. (Walker has a Ph.D. in physics and has published more than a hundred papers in scientific journals and popular magazines and holds a dozen patents and was the founder of the Walker Cancer Institute. He has made major scientific contributions in astronomy, physics, neurophysiology, astrophysics, psychology and medicine.) All the above and more, suggest at least the possibility of the existence of these "things" which cannot be seen or touched, and are thus, disregarded by mainstream society, as non existent, or just too darn confusing to think about, so they must not exist. Hence, most of us walk around with blinders on from our accepted paradigms, put upon us by, family, culture, religion, and our closest peers. As Albert Einstein said, "Common sense is the collection of prejudices acquired by age eighteen." (I think you know who Albert is.) I loved the book since it reinforced the thoughts I have given the subject over the years and the experiences I have had, which drove me to become an author myself. If you have an open mind and are willing to look deeply at these things, break your paradigms, dig into the science, rather than just fluff it off as too far out, you yourself may be able to experience some of the magic in the fabric of life and go beyond the mundane. That is, IF you can overcome the collection of prejudices acquired by the age of eighteen.Enjoy!

Life-changing!
Within 2 days of starting this book, so many crazy things happened, that it absolutely blew my mind. I now see how much negativity and bad outcomes I'd brought upon myself, thru negative thinking. As soon as I changed that, amazing, inexplicable things happened!I listened to the audio version, but I think it would be easier to follow the sections in the hard copy. I wanted to buy some for friends, too, but the paperback version seems to be hard to come by. I even checked her website, and there's no shop.My only regret is that I didn't find out about this book when it first came out in 2013!

a must read
Probably one of the best books I’ve ever read! I feel peace after reading each section… it was a comforting read for sure! I had lots of little miracles pop up as well!

Wow
Just started this, however I must say that Experiment 1 was really.....surprising. You ask for an unexpected blessing, so no, you can't pick it, at least in that chapter, and ask for a million dollars. But wow, both my husband and I received very unexpected and good news from unusual sources within the allotted 48 hours for the Experiment. My experience: a high level executive at my company I very rarely hear from and doesn't even work in my location suddenly contacted me out of the blue via an IM chat. I thought I must be in trouble LOL. Instead, he told me where to find a large number of episodes for a new TV series he thought I would love--for free. He remembered I happened to like another similar TV series that he did and so figured this one I would like as well. I still waited to hear if I was in trouble for something. Then he said goodbye and that was it. OK then! My husband's experience was probably more significant in that a problem situation that had been going on for literally years that was expensive and a hassle to fix was suddenly resolved in a surprise call from an outside acquaintance who not only was not asked to do it but found someone to take care of it at no expense. He couldn't believe. it. Hmmmmmm..........4 stars for now as we've just done one experiment. But the timing of all of the above is certainly interesting!

Easy read and loved the experiments
Amazing what we can do with the right instructions!

Formato Pequeno, ruim de ler.
O texto é muito bom. Porém esse formato "microscópico" é muito ruim de ler. Não recomendo. É melhor ter a edição original, tamanho brochura.

Whenever I feel low I read it and perform a experiment. It does lifts up my mood and make me feel good. Language is nice and author has a good sense of humour.About experiments.. I didn't get a gift in physical form in my 1st experiment but I got an experience which I had never experienced before. That was fun.My all experiments were not successful but that's OK I guess. If it works good, if it doesn't let it go and don't judge. We don't know what we don't know. Keep exploring this mysterious world and the beauty of universe.I am actually carrying out my 8th experiment rgt now...

great
great insights on the laws of the universepam grout is fun, straight to the point, with quick clear examples, and deep knowledge on how things really work and the nature of reality itself.

A really good read - very up to the minute - a practical guide to "The Law of Attraction". Highly recommended!
I have just finished this book and really couldn't put it down.Pam Grout writes well, it's also very well-edited, and she illustrates her book about The Law of Attraction with lots of positive examples from other people's experiences as well as from her own, which I found compelling. There are inspirational quotes throughout, often from quantum physicists, scientists and the world's recognised great thinkers and philosophers, which make you think more deeply about the profoundness of the concepts. The nine experiments are pretty exciting, and I enjoyed performing them. I guess you'll want to know whether they work?! - Well, yes - as it's all about your own belief, and fortunately I have a very strong belief system...in myself, in my capabilities, and in things always working out for the best in my life. This is how you are likely to find yourself thinking from reading the book and putting into practice its principles. It is inspirational, and is the practical guide to "The Secret", and also "The Wish" (which was another fairly practical book). I think this is possibly the most useful of the three books, but maybe you need to read them all to be able to fully comprehend what you are learning.ONE THING TO TAKE AWAY WITH YOU FROM THIS BOOK:- A very useful explanation concerning the Aramaic translation of the words "ASK...and you shall receive": In Aramaic, apparently the word "Ask" (as the first step in using The Law of Attraction) translates as somewhere between "Claim" and "Demand". With that in mind, it should dispel any sense of 'Should I be asking for myself?' the reader might have in following this 'command'. That alone is highly effective, and worth reading the book for, in my opinion.
