Works with my Crosstrek. Takes 20-30 seconds to connect to android auto. For the most part it has been steady and stable. I've lost connection a few times in the 12-15 hours of use but it would reconnect pretty quickly. It's not perfect but for the price, I'm pleasantly surpirsed.

Super spotty connection. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn’t. Only lasted about 3 months before it just stopped working so together, just a constant red blinking…manual was no help

It works with my Sony double din head unit I have in my truck, it was easy to pair to my pixel 6a, I just deleted the Bluetooth connection between the head unit itself and my phone and connected to the Bluetooth from the adaptor box itself and it pairs and goes into Android auto automatically. Takes a little bit to connect and go into Android auto along with the start up of the head unit itself but nothing too dramatic it is paired and playing music by the time I am out of my driveway and at the end of my street it isn't as instant as plugging it directly in but it is under a minute from turning my key on which is plenty quick enough for me to get the music going and I will gladly take that trade off instead of having to constantly plug and unplug my phone or leaving it in the truck since I'm not used to Android auto.

I purchased this due to the Sim card option that it useless. You will see a 4G LTE connection bit it does nothing because this unit does nothing. I have Android and I contacted the seller with many questions about the compatibility and use of Android Auto. When it boots up even being contacted to Android it automatically goes to Apple CarPlay. It is pre-set with some music and sample movie videos. You can not connect to wifi and you can not login to Google for maps or Netflix ect. It does not do anything. You can not use you factory voice control as it says you can, you can not do anything with this. IT IS JUNK!! I Didn't realize that the one review it has was not from a verified purchase rather it was submitted from a free item recipient. Now I will pay attention to that whenever I read item reviews of future transactions.

I consistently have to delete it from my phone then re-pair to my device. If it would connected it would be a great wireless product.

For a product under $30, it works much better than expected. It takes about 20-30 seconds to connect on my fold 5 in the car and handles everything great. I had to use my extra phone for a week and it is a much slower phone. This device still worked but navigation was much slower. It was the phones fault though. This is half the price of comparable products and works just as well.

This page lists CarPlay and android auto several times, but the device literally does not support CarPlay in my experience. Returning.

The device was easy to pair with my phone. Once paired, my head unit showed CarPlay was available. The unit works well and takes up little space. The only negative I have is that it takes a little time to initiate CarPlay. Other than that, I am pleased with the unit.
