I will try anything to help my sleep. Suffer from chronic insomnia and would like to get off all the medications I have been taking for the past 18 years.!This just sent little burning jabs thru a couple of fingers, felt like light bee stings. Just a useless little machine with absolutely no use!It will be in a drawer with other useless machines and in the trash ina few weeks.

This really does work. I bought a different one off of Temu that seems to be a bit stronger which is nice for someone like me who has pinched nerves so there isn’t a lot of feeling at times. However this one still works just fine, I just use the higher setting. These sleep devices are the best thing ever. I don’t like sleep meds cause they make me too drowsy the next day so this little device is a life saver.

Maybe it worked for some people, but did not for me, I still couldn’t sleep. Tried to return it but Amazon said it was a “personal device” & not returnable. Now it’s in my junk drawer…

I saw the Chill Pill reviewed on another site. Been using various herbal sleep items for past 20 years and they all seemed to loose effectivness. Even valerian stopped working. Only Dyphenhydramine would put me to sleep but I woke up hung over feeling. So i started checking out the Chill Pill and similar items here. Reviews were mixed, but this item was cheap enough I decided to try. Have used it 4 nights and fell asleep every night. I do still wake sometime in middle of the night. I know I must have fallen asleep within 15 min because the device has an auto shut off feature at 15 min and I don't remember it shutting off. The only drawback so far is that it has a bright green pulsing light which is disturbing in a dark room. Maybe I'm supposed to be using it for 15 min before going to bed, but I turn it on after I'm in bed and hold it under a pillow which is how I tend to sleep anyway. But this seems to be one of the cheapest of similar devices so it might be worth giving it a try

Never seem to do anything for me the way the instruction says that it does so it was inexpensive now it sits in a drawer.

I have issues with my ears ringing, especially my right one, I also have trouble sleeping, but this small apparatus helps me immensely, I don't understand how, but I just turn it on and let it do its magic.

As I said it did not work for me.

All it does is light up …no pulse or vibration what so ever. Just a choice of slow flicker of light or fast. Does not do anything for helping you sleep. Tried it for three nights in a down. Bought a different brand and that one and it has made a difference.Do not waste your money on this product!!!!!
